Information on IHB profit distribution for the following years:

1997

IHB distributed the following dividend for 1997:
The dividend for one share was 5.688 BGN, 4 BGN in the form of 4 new shares and 1.688 BGN in cash.

1998

IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 1998. The IHB profit of 614,575 BGN for 1998 was distributed as follows upon a decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders as of June 14, 1999

• 10% of the profit that amounts to 61,458 BGN was transferred in Reserves;
• the remaining profit that amounts to 553,117 BGN was transferred into Additional Reserves.

1999

IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 1999. The financial result of the Holding as at December 31, 1999 was a loss of 1,539 thousand BGN.

2000

IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2000. The IHB profit of 2,131 thousand BGN as at December 31, 2000 was distributed as follows upon a decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders :

• 10% of the profit was transferred in Reserves - 213 thousand BGN;
• covering the loss from the previous financial year - 1,539 thousand BGN
• Undistributed profit -  379 thousand BGN

2001

IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2001. IHB had a profit of 992 thousand BGN as at December 31, 2001. Upon a decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders the profit was distributed as follows :

• 10% of the profit that amounts to 99 thousand BGN was transferred in Reserves;
• Undistributed profit - 893 thousand BGN

2002

IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2002. The financial result of IHB for 2002 was a profit of 605 thousand BGN. Upon a decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders the profit was distributed as follows :

• 10% of the profit that amounts to 61 thousand BGN was transferred in Reserves;
• Undistributed profit - 544 thousand BGN

2003

IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2003. The General Meeting of Shareholders decided to distribute the profit of 193 thousand BGN of the company for 2003 as follows :

• 10% of the profit was transferred in Reserves;
• 90% should remain undistributed.

2004

IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2004. The General Meeting of Shareholders decided to distribute the profit of 1 048 thousand BGN of the company for 2004 as follows :

• 10% of the profit was transferred in Reserves;
• 90% should remain undistributed.

2005

IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2005. The General Meeting of Shareholders decided to distribute the profit of 7 171 thousand BGN of the company for 2005 as follows :

• 10% of the profit was transferred in Reserves;
• 90% should remain undistributed.

2006

IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2006. The General Meeting of Shareholders decided to distribute the profit of 1 857 thousand BGN of the company for 2006 as follows :

• 10% of the profit was transferred in Reserves;
• 90% should remain undistributed.
