Results from a Tender Offer under Art. 149, para. 6 of the Public Offering of Securities Act (POSA) made by Bulls AD, Sofia for purchase of shares of Industrial Holding Bulgaria PLC

On 13.12.2021 Industrial Holding Bulgaria PLC received a notification about the results of a Tender offer made by Bulls AD under Art. 149, para. 6 of POSA, for the purchase of up to 23 690 662 voting shares from the other shareholders of Industrial Holding Bulgaria PLC, as follows:

  • The term for acceptance of the tender offer expired on 10.12.2021
  • Number of shareholders who have accepted the Tender Offer: 50
  • Total number of shares acquired as a result of the Tender Offer: 2 253 221
