With decision N 20090217124730 the Trade Register at the Registry Agency registered the following circumstances for Industrial Holding Bulgaria plc:
Obliterates Anguel Stoyanov Katzarov as member of the Management Board, as Chief Executive and as representative of the Company because of his death;
Registers on his place as a Member of the Management Board Georgy Yantchev Momtchilov;
Registers Daneta Anguelova Zheleva as Chief Executive Officer;
Registers Georgy Yantchev Momtchilov as Chief Executive;
The Company shall be represented by Daneta Anguelova Zheleva and Georgy Yantchev Momtchilov jointly and separately.
