The company was founded in 1973. At the moment, the company provides port services, incl. loading and unloading and warehousing services; transport and forwarding services; ancillary services for vessels - provision of electricity, water, acceptance of household and hazardous waste, sweeping, washing of cargo spaces, strengthening of cargo, etc.
The company is a port for public transport of regional importance, according to the Maritime Areas, Inland Waterways and Ports of the Republic of Bulgaria Act with the following designation: Port handling (loading, unloading, stacking, safe-keeping, etc.) of general, bulk, non-hazardous cargos and containers, class 4 and 5 dangerous general and bulk cargos, under the IMO classification, class 1 technical property under the IMO classification and mail.
The company was registered as a port operator on 28 May 2005 in the Port Operators of the Republic of Bulgaria Register for the provision of port services.

Port Odesos PBM – Varna holds Port Registration Certificate and an Operational Certificate (Valid until 2055). The port owns and operates at three berths with overall length of 498 m and 6,8 m depth. Odesos PBM is accommodated at the Eastern bank of Varna Lake along Canal №3 (The Old navigational Canal of Varna). The port benefits over the Western accommodated terminals in the region – Weather-wise and ecologically-wise, due to its position. Vessel maneuvers are short and quick, because the port is near to the Roads. Being in the vicinity of the Distributive Railway Station, Odesos PBM is the first stop for cargo wagons and is provided with the shortest route and cheapest railway maneuvering in the whole Varna port area.
The Port of Odesos PBM fits to the category of Multipurpose terminals in terms of type of cargo handled. Dry bulk cargo and Conventional general cargo (all types) are taking even share in the turnover, lately. Specialized conditions have been developed for the handling of Glass in wooden cases and bagging of dry bulk fertilizers. A professional fertilizer bagging line has been implemented into the port. Zoning of cargo handling is determined by the warehouse type and adapting it to the type of cargo to be stored and handling technology. In addition to vessel operations, the port can offer stuffing and stripping of containerized cargo (Dry Bulk and General Cargo).
The Port of Odesos PBM owns and operates a full set of machinery, cargo handling equipment and different specialized attachments for every technological need and variety of handling options.
The Port has an approved Master Plan, that will give the opportunity for the accommodation of bigger vessels, increase in cargo handling rates, increasing the throughput and the share of goods allowing value added services.

Bulport Logistics AD is a company providing port activity and renting of premises for production activity, warehouses and office premises for administrative activity.
The Bulport Logistics Port is a specific-designation port and its main activity is repair and storage of small vessels and rental of storage space.
The port is located on a plot of over 50 decares. The company has an area of about 95 decares and has open storage areas of about 50 decares and closed storage areas of about 10 decares, with the possibility of temporary and customs warehousing. It accepts ships with a draft of up to 5 m. The total length of the quay walls is 318 m.
The Bulport Logistics Port has a slipway for the docking of small vessels. The slipway is equipped with a winch, towing capacity Q=1200 t, at a working length of the trolleys of 65 m.
The production activity of the port is related to the overall technical maintenance and repair of small vessels.
The water area of the port is extensive and has favourable conditions for development and increasing the number of quay slots. The exceptionally good location of the port provides wind and wave protection of domestic and docking vessels throughout the year.
The company owns a renovated 5-storey business building, ‘Bulport’, with office space for rent.
