Management

Daneta Zheleva joined the management team of IHB in September 1999, as a member of the Supervisory Board. In July 2003, Mrs Zheleva was elected member of the Management Board and CEO. She has a Master degree in Law from the Sofia University Kliment Ohridski. Mrs Zheleva is a member of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association (BICA). She is also Chair person of the Association of Bulgarian Private Ports Port Terminals.

Vassil Tzanev joined the management team of IHB in May 2023 and since 2021 has been part of the holding as a CEO of ZMM Bulgaria Holding - the machine building division of IHB. He has a Master degree in Electronics from Technical University in Sofia and experience in electronics manufacturing as well as machine building. Positive and dedicated with flair towards innovations and technologies.

Borislav Gavrilov joined the management team of IHB in July 2003. Previously, he worked at IHB, Elprom ZEM, and Alcomet. He has experience in business administration of commercial companies.

Mr Gavrilov has a degree in Economics from Hull University, Great Britain. He is an entrepreneur and C-Level executive with global experience across all aspects of business processes. Innovative, self-motivated and committed, with a hands-on approach and a clear view on strategy and value creation. Confident in both corporate and start-up environments.

Galina Deveva has been a Procurator of Industrial Holding Bulgaria since November 2020. She has a Master’s degree in Industry Economy and Management from the University of National and World Economy, where she has been a lecturer for more than 10 years. In 2002, Mrs Deneva joined one of the Group subsidiaries. In 2004, she became a member of the team of the Holding and, since 2007, she has held the position of Internal Control Director. Her main duties include structuring and developing procedures, and exercising control over the subsidiaries’ financial and operational activities. Since 2014, Mrs Deneva has been a Chief Group Financial Director, a position she holds at present. She has extensive experience in the fields of finance and corporate governance.
