In this section, you will find information that we hope will be useful for present and future IHB shareholders. In order to maintain effective communication with the shareholders, we will present here some useful shareholding information, together with our answers to questions asked by IHB shareholders.
IHB's shares are nominal voting registered shares. Each share gives its owner the right of one vote at the General Shareholders’ Meeting, the right to a dividend and the right to a liquidation share corresponding to the nominal value of the share.
The shares do not envisage special rights and privileges.
The capital of IHB is distributed in 107,400,643 dematerialized, registered, nominal voting shares with a nominal value of BGN 1 each.
The transfer of the IHB shares is carried out in accordance with the procedure provided by law. Shares of the Company may be acquired by all Bulgarian and foreign natural or legal persons, in compliance with the requirements of the current Bulgarian legislation.
The IHB Book of Shareholders is kept at the Central Depository.
The shares are listed for trading on Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD (BSE AD), on the official market.
The shares may be traded only using the services of an investment intermediary, a member of the BSE AD.

Transfer of ownership over the IHB shares is carried out through the mediation of an investment intermediary (II), that is a member of BSE AD and the Central Depository.
The transfer of ownership is a fact from the moment it is recorded in the Book of Shareholders by the Central Depository (CD).
Transfer of shares (purchase and sale, transfer between relatives, inheritance)
- Trade (purchase or sale) of shares can take place through any investment intermediary
- Transfer of shares between relatives may be conducted through an investment intermediary – a registration agent (RA)
- Inheritance of shares may be conducted through an investment intermediary - registration agent (RA).
Ownership document
- The shares are dematerialized and are recorded in the Book of Shareholders by the Central Depository.
- The document issued by the Central Depository is a depository receipt (DR).
- If the depository receipt is lost, a duplicate document can be issued.
- A depository receipt duplicate is issued by an investment intermediary - a registration agent.
When the shares are in the Shareholder’s sub-account with an investment intermediary, a depository receipt is not required. All operations related to the shares - purchase, sale, transfer of rights, dividends, etc. are carried out through the investment intermediary that keeps the shares.

2023
IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2023. The General Meeting of the Shareholders adopts a decision the earnings of the Company for 2023 amounting to BGN 6,220,345.72 (six million two hundred and twenty thousand three hundred forty-five BGN and seventy-two stotinki) to remain as retained earnings of the Company.
2022
IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2022. The General Meeting of the Shareholders adopts a decision the earnings of the Company for 2022 amounting to BGN 10,131,829.45 (ten million one hundred thirty-one thousand eight hundred twenty-nine BGN and forty-five stotinki) to remain as retained earnings of the Company.
2021
IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2021. The General Meeting of the Shareholders adopts a decision the earnings of the Company for 2021 amounting to BGN 18 809 401,81 (eighteen million eight hundred and nine thousand four hundred and one levs and eighty-one stotinki) to remain as retained earnings of the Company.
2020
IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2020. The General Meeting of the Shareholders adopts a decision the financial loss of the Company for 2020 in the amount of BGN 9,408,296.70 (nine million four hundred and eight thousand two hundred and ninety-six leva and seventy stotinki) to be covered by retained earnings of the Company from previous years.
2019
IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2019. The General Meeting of the Shareholders adopts a decision for allocation of the earnings of the Company for 2019 – the earnings amounting to BGN 12 052 599,11 (twelve million fifty-two thousand five hundred ninety-nine levs and eleven stotinki) to remain as retained earnings of the Company.
2018
IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2018. The General Meeting of the Shareholders adopts a decision for allocation of the earnings of the Company for 2018 – the earnings amounting to BGN 5 891 558,81 (five million eight hundred and ninety-one thousand five hundred and fifty-eight leva and eighty-one stotinki) to remain as retained earnings of the Company.
2017
IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2017. The General Meeting of the Shareholders adopts a decision for allocation of the earnings of the Company for 2017 amounting to BGN 21 229 667,34 as follows:
- the earnings amounting to BGN 21 229 667,34 (twenty one million two hundred twenty nine thousand six hundred and sixty seven leva and thirty four stotinki) to remain as retained earnings of the Company.
2016
IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2016. The General Meeting of the Shareholders adopts a decision for allocation of the earnings of the Company for 2016 amounting to BGN 2 754 530,54 as follows:
- the earnings amounting to BGN 2 754 530,54 (two millions seven hundred fifty four thousand five hundred and thirty leva and fifty four stotinki) to remain as retained earnings of the Company.
2015
IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2015. The General Meeting of the Shareholders adopts a decision for allocation of the earnings of the Company for 2015 amounting to BGN 10 334 435,50 as follows:
- BGN 862 124,25 to be allocated to the Reserve Fund for its completion tolegal minimum of 1/10 of the capital;
- The rest BGN 9 472 311,25 to remain as retained earnings of the Company.
2014
IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2014. The General Meeting of the Shareholders adopts a decision for allocation of the earnings of the Company for 2014 amounting to BGN 800 857,46 (eight hundred thousand eight hundred fifty seven leva and forty six stotinki) as follows:
- 10% of the earnings of the Company for 2014 to be allocated to the Reserve Fund;
- The rest BGN 720 771,71 (seven hundred and twenty thousand seven hundred seventy one leva and seventy one stotinki) to remain as retained earnings of the Company.
2013
IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2013. The General Meeting of the Shareholders adopts a decision for allocation of the earnings of the Company for 2013 amounting to BGN 11 922 374.46 as follows:
- BGN 729 492.41 to be allocated to the Reserve Fund aiming at filling the total size of statutory reserves;
- The rest BGN 11 192 882.05 to remain as retained earnings of the Company

IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2012. The General Meeting of the Shareholders adopts a decision for allocation of the earnings of the Company for 2012 amounting to BGN 5,914,331.81 as follows:
- 10% to be allocated to the Reserve Fund;

IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2011. The General Meeting of the Shareholders adopts a decision for allocation of the earnings of the Company for 2011 amounting to BGN 5,976,510.10 as follows:
- 10% to be allocated to the Reserve Fund;

IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2009. The General Meeting of the Shareholders adopts a decision for allocation of the earnings of the Company for 2010 amounting to BGN 5,036,664.47 as follows:

IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2009. The General Meeting of Shareholders adopts a decision on the distribution of the profit of the Company for 2009 totaling BGN 3,584,680 (three million five hundred and eighty-four thousand six hundred and eighty Bulgarian levs) as undistributed profit of the Company.
2008
IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2008. The General Meeting of Shareholders adopts a decision on the distribution of the profit of the Company for 2008 totaling BGN 8,390,495 (eight million three hundred and ninety thousand four hundred and ninety-five Bulgarian levs) as undistributed profit of the Company.
2007
IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2007. The General Meeting of Shareholders takes a decision for distributing the profit of the Company for the year 2007, amounting to BGN 3 727 262 (three-million seven-hundred and twenty-seven thousand two-hundred and sixty two), to be distributed as follows:
- BGN 2 635 909 (two-million six-hundred and thirty-five thousand, nine-hundred and nine) - to be transferred to the Reserve Fund of the Company aiming at filling the total size of statutory reserves;
- The rest BGN 1091353 (one-million ninety-one thousand, three-hundred and fifty-three) - to remain as undistributed profit of the Company.
2006
IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2006. The General Meeting of Shareholders decided to distribute the profit of 1 857 thousand BGN of the company for 2006 as follows :
- 10% of the profit was transferred in Reserves;
- 90% should remain undistributed.
2005
IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2005. The General Meeting of Shareholders decided to distribute the profit of 7 171 thousand BGN of the company for 2005 as follows :
- 10% of the profit was transferred in Reserves;
- 90% should remain undistributed.
2004
IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2004. The General Meeting of Shareholders decided to distribute the profit of 1 048 thousand BGN of the company for 2004 as follows :
- 10% of the profit was transferred in Reserves;
- 90% should remain undistributed.
2003
IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2003. The General Meeting of Shareholders decided to distribute the profit of 193 thousand BGN of the company for 2003 as follows :
- 10% of the profit was transferred in Reserves;
- 90% should remain undistributed.
2002
IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2002. The financial result of IHB for 2002 was a profit of 605 thousand BGN. Upon a decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders the profit was distributed as follows :
- 10% of the profit that amounts to 61 thousand BGN was transferred in Reserves;
- Undistributed profit - 544 thousand BGN
2001
IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2001. IHB had a profit of 992 thousand BGN as at December 31, 2001. Upon a decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders the profit was distributed as follows :
- 10% of the profit that amounts to 99 thousand BGN was transferred in Reserves;
- Undistributed profit - 893 thousand BGN
2000
IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 2000. The IHB profit of 2,131 thousand BGN as at December 31, 2000 was distributed as follows upon a decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders :
- 10% of the profit was transferred in Reserves - 213 thousand BGN;
- covering the loss from the previous financial year - 1,539 thousand BGN
- Undistributed profit - 379 thousand BGN
1999
IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 1999. The financial result of the Holding as at December 31, 1999 was a loss of 1,539 thousand BGN.
1998
IHB did not distribute dividends for the financial year 1998. The IHB profit of 614,575 BGN for 1998 was distributed as follows upon a decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders as of June 14, 1999
- 10% of the profit that amounts to 61,458 BGN was transferred in Reserves;
- the remaining profit that amounts to 553,117 BGN was transferred into Additional Reserves.
1997
IHB distributed the following dividend for 1997:
The dividend for one share was 5.688 BGN, 4 BGN in the form of 4 new shares and 1.688 BGN in cash.
